Historical Button Club

Home > News & Events > Historical Button Club

The Club meets at Peace monthly on the second Wednesday of the month from noon to 3 pm. A brown bag lunch and visiting begins the gathering then onto a business meeting. This great group loves to share, swap, collect, and display all kinds of buttons that go back hundreds of years and fashion periods! At their most recent meeting in July, two tables were filled with button treasures.  Sometimes, the historical buttons are out of this world with their intricate design, historical significance (war buttons), special meanings, and composition. These are not the cheap plastic buttons on today’s clothing. The group invites new friends to join them! Please contact Simone Kincaid, club leader, at 208-755-6585 for more information!
