As you may have heard, the Church Council approved a committee (Lee Ely, Tanya Frey, Gail Gutterud, Jan Johnson, Clint Schroeder, Paul Seher, JoAnn Solberg, and Pastor Wandrey) to recommend changes to our current constitution & bylaws.  Since February, this group reviewed, revised, and simplified the constitution to more appropriately exemplify and reflect our mission and to support the needs and structure of our church.

On October 10, 2011, the Council approved the recommended changes and now present the document to the Congregation for their review and approval.  Before these changes become effective, a Special Congregational Meeting will be held on December 4, 2011 to seek approval of the recommendations; and then on January 29, 2012 at the Annual Congregational Meeting,  a vote will be taken to seek ratification of the changes.  More details will be provided to the Congregation in the coming weeks.  A link to the proposed revised constitution is provided below.
