Mar Gifts: Great big thanks to Lee Ely who continued with & wrapped up the sanctuary lighting project, then went straight into the audio project for our homebound folks! Speaking of, thank you to a member that made the gift to support this new ministry enabling our homebound to listen to worship each week! Kudos to all of our Lenten worship actors in the various skits about ministries! Thank you to Jim Wardlow for conducting a special Thu Bible study during Lent! Well done to “Sparky” aka, Gordon Schoonmaker, and Lee Ely for installing a new thermostat in the fellowship hall. Beautiful nametags, crafted by the Ellefloots at Allegra Printing, we’re given to the Caring Crew team for making homebound visits.

The Dorcas Quilting Group invites you to get in on the fun every first & third Monday from 9 am – 1 pm. Their ministry goes beyond just quilts so there’s something for just about everyone! Now that RSVP will no longer exist after Mar 31, we won’t be tracking their hours, but look how much was recorded for this first quarter – 367.5 community volunteer hours valued at $10,250! Two of the Dorcas Quilters were recently given a Presidential Award for their volunteer commitment – Ardella Quaale and Cinda Fueller – congrats ladies!! Please contact Cinda Fueller, 773-3025, about how you can assist anytime with this ministry, even at home!

Delegates Ken & Rita Birge, along with Pastor Wandrey, will be attending The Village at Orchard Ridge annual meeting on April 5. Let them know if you have any questions or comments about the Orchard.

Later in the month, delegates Molly Shofner and Jolene Pooley will be attending the LCMC Northwest District Gathering in Lebanon, OR, on our behalf.  Again, if you have and questions for them or Board President, Pat Woods, please touch base before they leave that week. We are excited to learn about things happening at our District level and LCMC!

The Post Falls Food Bank was the recipient of 98 lbs of PLC food donations and items in March delivered by Ardella Quaale. When supporting our food banks with a monetary gift, please write your check directly to the food bank of your choice and not to Peace Lutheran. Thank you!

Thanks to all for wonderful donations throughout the year! Items that are always in need include c-fold towels for the bathroom dispensers, napkins, TP, small paper plates, 8 oz hot paper cups (no Styrofoam please), bleach, trashcan liners (13 gal), and vinegar. Tax receipts available in the office for your gifts. Thank you!!
